As a Front Desk Executive, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our organization, ensuring a smooth experience for visitors, customers, and team members.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome Visitors
- Greet and assist visitors/customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Keep records of visitors for security and reference.
Manage Calls
- Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally.
- Take messages and pass them to the appropriate person promptly.
Reception Area Management
- Keep the front desk and reception area neat and organized.
Support Admin Tasks
- Help with admin-related jobs whenever required.
- Maintain an updated contact list of all business connections.
Be Flexible
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
