Experience Requirements:

BPO, call centre executive, Communication, Customer Relation, Marketing, Telecommunication
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all incoming & first level queries professionally either in person or through any digital platform
∎ Ensure that guests/clients are dealt delicately and cordially.
∎ Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents
∎ Organize meeting bookings, meeting setup and food arrangement
∎ Control inventory relevant to stationery.
∎ Provide necessary support for office administration and housekeeping as deemed appropriate
∎ Make sure that all office equipment is maintained in good condition
∎ Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
