Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet visitors and maintain a record of all guests coming to the office.
∎ Answer, Screen, and Forwarding calls.
∎ Receive and maintain all telephone calls and respond to them in a good Record all calls, and messages and report to the concerned desk.
∎ Maintain proper communication with all internal department Maintain office security by taking clients' proper information.
