∎ At least 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (experience in the RMG sector is a plus).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
∎ Good at meta communication tools such as WhatsApp, WeChat etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

∎ Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
∎ Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking messages when necessary.
∎ Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
∎ Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
∎ Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance records.
∎ Support HR and administrative departments with clerical tasks.
∎ Ensure proper communication between different departments.
