Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
∎ Graduation in Mathematical Methods in Economics, preferably from a foreign institute
∎ Minimum 14 years in experience Product Cost Management & Factory Controlling from Tobacco industry: exposures in overseas roles will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills. Good at work stress management.
∎ Exposure in implementing SAP or any other Global ERP system
∎ Excellent commercial acumen
∎ Experience in processes automation and routine calculations: MS Excel macros (VBA), MS Access databases
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Cost Accounting, Finance/ Accounts

∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): factory management, Product Costing and budgeting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tobacco

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning:
∎ Provide support to local & regional management with financial planning exercises and analysis/reporting for Annual/Strategic plan (ASP), Strategic Plan Confirmation (SPC), Latest Estimates (LE) and monthly outlooks (PMM) for Bangladesh market & entity in line with Regional/Corporate guidance
∎ Coordinate planning cycles phases and milestones across the local organization to ensure the collection of all relevant inputs to produce a qualitative output towards the deadlines
∎ Ensure timely submissions to region/corporate during planning cycles (TM1, GPM, IBP)
∎ Actual Variance Analysis:
∎ Monitoring & control business checks and work closely with direct reports to get proper understanding of actual performance vs. plan
∎ Provide Finance Director, corporate management & regional team with actual financial results, variance analysis and reports for market P&L as per business requirements
∎ Provide local management with internal reporting analytics, key aspects & areas of concern
∎ Stakeholders Management:
∎ Provide stakeholders with financial analysis of different pricing scenarios in short and long term
∎ Support business by analyzing competitors Key financials development and scenarios concerning government tax structure and revenue development
∎ Any other analysis necessary for management and/or other supporting functions for decision making and taking actions to reach the targets
∎ Controlling / Compliance:
∎ Handle and improve Internal Control framework & make sure Market/Entity is compliant with globally defined JTI requirements
∎ Seek for continuous improvement in the current processes (efficiency/ effectiveness)
∎ Cost control and optimization - CAPEX and OPEX with focus on labor cost
∎ Projects:
∎ Contribute to ERP implementation project through ongoing feasibility & process checks, periodical analysis, process initiation & follow-up of corrections and proposals for improvements
∎ Participate in global projects in the areas of Financial Planning/reporting
