∎ The Food & Beverage Executive is accountable for assisting in all aspects of the organization’s food and beverage forecasting, planning and service. The incumbent will also be involved in duties including menu planning, cost management, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards to deliver excellent employee and guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corporate Canteen:
∎ Responsible for corporate canteen administration, which includes deciding employee lunch menu as well as ensuring availability of the ingredients in kitchen stock
∎ Regulate kitchen timeline to ensure on-time daily lunch delivery to the canteen and distribution to all employees
∎ Ensure daily lunch addition/cancelation updating and confirmation over the phone and email
∎ Submit monthly canteen lunch bills for local employees through MIS
∎ Ensure the timely replenishment of grocery store inventory
∎ Check and verify weekly local market grocery bills and settle with Accounts
∎ ZXY Cafe:
∎ Ensure the proper record keeping of everyday café sales receipts, preparation of café sales report end of each month and its timely submission to Accounts
∎ Develop café menu adding new food/beverage items within feasible costing and pricing
∎ Follow up & ensure morning and afternoon tea/coffee trolley service for every team member at ZXY
∎ Ensure the preparation and regular following of café and canteen checklists
∎ Gather feedback from employees for implementing service improvements and proactively manage inquiries/concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction
∎ Ensure regular checking of expiry dates on stocked items
∎ Plan and design strategic seasonal/promotional offers to maximize café food/beverage sales
∎ Team Management & Others:
∎ Prepare, maintain, and distribute weekly work schedules for F&B personnel and communicate changes
∎ Execute all food and beverage arrangements as part of the organizing committee during company-wide events
∎ Perform self-inspection visits to café, canteen, and all dining areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness
∎ Ensure proper personal hygiene/grooming guidelines are being maintained by all F&B personnel
∎ Make self-inspection visits to kitchen to oversee food preparation and ensure proper procedure, sanitation and safety regulations are strictly maintained by the staff
∎ Provide training to F&B team members on food safety, self-hygiene maintenance, food storage and quality service to reduce occupational risks
∎ Ensure all refreshments and food arrangements during customer meetings

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having additional food & beverage related coursework or training certification will be an added advantage
∎ At least 3 years’ work experience in the relevant field, preferably in hotel or food service management
∎ Prior experience in culinary/cooking will be an added advantage
∎ Should have good knowledge on different cuisines: Chinese, Thai, Bengali and Continental
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
