Experience:

Job Overview: The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations at Neer Resort & Restaurant. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and profitability. The F&B Manager will lead a team of kitchen and service staff, coordinate events, manage vendor relations, and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
•Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, café, room service, and any banquet or event-related F&B services.
•Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction by ensuring quality food, prompt service, and a welcoming ambiance.
•Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team, including chefs, waitstaff, bartenders, and support staff.
•Plan menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, ensuring a balance between creativity, cost-effectiveness, and guest preferences.
•Monitor inventory, manage procurement, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for quality and cost efficiency.
•Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations as per local laws and resort standards.
•Manage budgets and cost controls, including forecasting, pricing, and profit & loss analysis.
•Coordinate with the Events/Front Office team for weddings, parties, or corporate gatherings hosted at the resort.
•Implement and track SOPs for all F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service and operations.
•Address customer complaints and feedback professionally, turning issues into opportunities for improvement.
•Promote F&B offerings through collaboration with the marketing team to increase footfall and sales.
•Conduct regular audits of cleanliness, service quality, and staff performance.
•Innovate seasonal promotions, special events, and signature dishes or beverages to enhance guest experience.
•Prepare and present performance reports to the Resort Manager or Senior Management.
