∎ Age at most 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up and ensure daily, weekly & monthly basis checklists of fire detection & protection systems.
∎ Monitor and ensure that facilities of fire hydrant fire pumps & fire detection controller are adequate and working properly as per Code of Conduct.
∎ Daily walk round/ floor visit & ensure firefighting equipment and follow up the daily weekly and monthly checklist activities of the fire fighting team.
∎ Good Knowledge to set up firefighting equipment as a requirement of Bangladesh Prevention Act, BNBC & NFPA standard.
∎ Conduct fire drill forth a year through Fire Service Civil Defense and conduct fire drill once twice internally.
∎ Ensure factory all sections work place path & emergency exit are free from obstacle.
∎ Providing regular training to fire teams (Fire fighter, rescue & first aider) for any emergency preparedness and monitoring them.
∎ Ensure that all fireman, fire team members and security personnel are in right order and perform their duties as per requirement.
∎ Ensure all fire equipment's availability & daily inspection this equipment's.
∎ Monitor the electrical power cables, loose wires properly placed and to take remedial measures immediately with Engineering.
