• Basic understanding of financial markets and technical analysis.
• Knowledge of US financial markets/futures trading will be an advantage.
• Strong discipline, patience, and emotional control.
• Good analytical and decision-making ability.
• Ability to follow predefined trading and risk-management rules.
• Willingness to work during the USA trading session.
• Must have a personal computer/laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Must be able to maintain a suitable and distraction-free work environment at home.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in trading.
• N.B. : No investment or trading capital is required from candidates for this employment position.
• Candidates will not be required to purchase a trading account as a condition of employment.
• All trading activities must follow the company's approved risk-management policies and procedures.
• Compensation and employment conditions will be communicated to shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process.

• Monitor and analyze relevant financial markets during the assigned USA trading session.
• Execute trades according to approved company strategies and trading guidelines.
• Follow company-defined risk-management, position-sizing, and daily loss-limit rules.
• Maintain discipline and avoid unauthorized or impulsive trading.
• Monitor market conditions and relevant economic/financial events.
• Maintain accurate trading records and performance reports.
• Follow all internal trading procedures and instructions.
• Communicate with team members regarding market observations and trading activities.
• Participate in training, review sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company trading strategies and internal information.
