Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure and monitor the successful implementation of Oracle ERP.
∎ Monitor internal controls, both operational and financial, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to optimize profitability.
∎ Monitor cash flow, cost management, and financial risk to ensure financial stability.
∎ Analyze financial statements, cost structures, and variance reports to drive data-driven decisions.
∎ Collaborate with the team to establish more effective processes and controls to maintain the integrity of the company’s ledger.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and operational dashboards.
