∎ Position Summary:
∎ We seek financial analysts proficient in preparing detailed financial models and feasibility studies for government and private sector projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for building, analyzing, and presenting financial models to a diverse range of stakeholders. While practical knowledge is paramount, candidates are also expected to possess formal academic credentials in finance.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ ●      Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models using Excel to assess project viability and profitability.
∎ ●      Conduct in-depth financial feasibility studies and present findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
∎ ●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into overall project planning.
∎ ●      Analyze data and trends to provide actionable recommendations supporting strategic decisions.
∎ ●      Prepare detailed financial reports and executive summaries for both internal and external audiences.

∎ Candidate Profile:
∎ ●      Must have a BBA and MBA in Finance, Accounting. If a candidate has qualifications or experience in both finance and economics, it is preferable.
∎ ●      We value practical, demonstrable skills over professional certifications.
∎ ●      1 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or related roles.
∎ ●      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in financial modeling techniques.
∎ ●      Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
∎ ●      Proven ability to develop accessible financial models that support informed decision-making.
∎ ●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder presentations.
∎ ●      Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
∎ ●      Below 35 years of age.
