∎ Proficiency in software such as ETABS, Staad.pro, RAM, SAFE, PLASIX, and SAP is required.
∎ Strong knowledge of BNBC, ACI, ASCE, and AISC standards.·
∎ In-depth understanding of structural concepts, load paths, structural mechanics, and analysis processes.

∎ Experience in producing as build structural and plumbing drawings will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design Development: Prepare comprehensive designs and construction plans for high-rise buildings, structural elements, and components, accompanied by detailed specifications.
∎ Innovation and Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges and implement necessary modifications to drawings and specifications.
∎ Precision and Time Management: Exhibit exceptional time management skills and ensure a high degree of accuracy in calculations and design work.
∎ Analytical Expertise: Apply strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to produce precise calculations and designs.
∎ Collaborative Consultation: Work in close collaboration with other disciplines, including architectural, electrical, sanitary and plumbing, fire detection and protection, and interior design teams.
