Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and abstract key information from commercial lease documents.
∎ Ensure accuracy and completeness of abstracted data.
∎ Identify and summarize critical lease clauses, terms, and conditions.
∎ Maintain organized records and databases of lease abstracts.
∎ Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of abstracts.
∎ ODIN is an outsourcing company seeking highly motivated individuals for back-office support roles for our offshore clients. We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to focus on thorough review and abstraction of lease documents, often spanning 30-50 pages at a stretch and the required training will be provided. Besides, the analysts will primarily handle qualitative tasks such as report writing, lease abstracting, data proofing, and quality checking. This role requires rigorous attention to detail and unwavering concentration, as the work can be highly monotonous and repetitive.
