∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ ACMA/ FCMA/ ACCA or FCCA holder or pursuant
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Yearly Budget, forecasts and management reports
∎ Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of all cost elements
∎ Preparing historical trend analysis of business
∎ New project feasibility analysis and prepare project budgets and fund flow calculations
∎ Contribute to achieving financial objectives (Sales, Profit and Cash Flow) through financial analysis and operational decision-making
∎ Ensure strong business partnering support to each BU with business analysis and insights.
∎ Share financial and business performance and outlook expectations. Proactively discuss business / financial plans
∎ Deliver agreed reports and ad-hoc analysis. Partner in elements like revenue optimization programs, pricing evolution, account monitoring, sales force effectiveness, incentives, and resource allocations
∎ Collate and challenge sales and cost planning - Strategic Planning, Target Setting and Latest Outlook
∎ Analysis of the businesses including external environment to support sales growth and improve/protect profitability
∎ Proactively review and alert on issues and opportunities to CFO/ BUs Head and identify and recommend corrective actions on deviations from business plans and budgets
∎ Partnering with the business to ensure adherence to legal, quality and compliance requirements as well as sound accounting practices
∎ Drive accountability for high forecast accuracy and transparency to root cause events of any variances
∎ Work with senior management to support the development of appropriate strategies for the growth of BUs
∎ Partner across the entire organization to support both financially and analytically towards their goals and priorities
∎ Develop an understanding of the competitive pressures that the business faces and their potential implications and provide business alternatives/solutions
∎ Work with the Managers of Analysis to provide cohesive analytical support on ad hoc financial analyses that drive strategic business decisions
∎ Continually challenge current thinking and make recommendations on how to optimize business opportunities and minimize risk/cost to the business.
∎ Evaluate and report actual versus planned outcomes of key strategic and tactical decisions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, leadership, consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
∎ Expert knowledge in building different financial models in order to evaluate various financial plans
∎ Knowledge of borrowing processes and financing cost
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge around banking products and laws of Central Bank (Bangladesh Bank)
∎ Experience and knowledge around international fund flows
∎ Demonstrable understanding of business needs, quick adaptation to change management, problem solving mindset, strong analytical and strategic thinking
