Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all accounting activities of both financial and management accounting. Prepare financial and performance reports, assist departments with annual budgets and reviews, internal control and tax studies.
∎ Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
∎ Assist in the capital request and the company's budget and forecast process, annual and quarterly forecasting.
∎ Develop financial & tax strategies, performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction.
∎ Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
∎ Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
∎ Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, and record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
∎ Play key role in developing business intelligence relating to revenue inflow, accounts, cost management and finance.
∎ Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools in business intelligence system.
∎ Develop reports to address the problems/concerns for ARMS Accounts department and management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of proven working experience in accounts and financial management . Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate accounts & finance. Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
∎ The financial analyst must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment. S/he must have a critical mind in identifying and defining clearly the problem, evaluating different ideas or ways of solving the problem from the data gathered, and making a choice on which one is the best among the different ideas evaluated.
∎ S/he should also have extensive knowledge in fast-paced technologies and accounting programs and possess excellent mathematical, strong written and verbal
∎ communication, time management and organiztional, problem-solving and analytical, as well as leadership and administrative skills.
Salary:
∎ Monthly salary will be offered BDT 60,000-80,000/- based on experience and educational background.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival bonus, mobile allowance, share of profit, contributory provident fund and others according to company policy.
