The Role

• The Finance Specialist–Budget & Reporting (FS-B&R) will be responsible for preparing project and partner budgets, ensuring donor and organizational compliance, and managing grants in SAP-ERP. The role includes tracking expenditures, preparing financial reports, and validating reported costs. The position will be responsible for supporting management in monitoring budget vs. actuals, partner spending, and program implementation at country and divisional levels. Working closely with project and grants teams, the FS-B&R helps strengthen financial planning and donor confidence.

• Salary Package for this role is (BDT 108589.00 - 135736.00) monthly Cost to the Company (CTC) salary along with other benefits, i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, leave, group insurance, yearly medical check-up for employee, and day care facilities.
