Job Context:
∎ NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice is an international organisation based in Bangladesh and Germany. We are seeking a new colleague for the position of "Finance Manager." This is a mid-level position with higher responsibility for grant management, quality control, strengthening internal control, financial monitoring, keeping accounts, and financial reporting of the projects of the organization. The Finance Manager will be based at the NETZ Bangladesh Office in Dhaka and is reportable to the Head of Finance and Administration of NETZ BO.
∎ Major Role: The major role of the Finance Manager is to provide technical support in sound financial management; ensure a standard control system, and financial reporting system, and monitor the financial activities of partner NGOs of an education project of NETZ. She also coordinates with the back-donors and keeps them and NETZ senior management updated on the projects as per plan.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with frequent field visits at least 100 working days in a year.

Salary:
∎ The selected candidate will be provided with a consolidated salary of BDT 100,000 to 120,000 with other admissible benefits like provident fund, festival allowances etc.
