Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation of all financials in accordance with GAAP (IFRS) that all expenses and assets, liabilities etc. are recorded, reported accurately and timely in accordance with appropriate accounting standards, and controls are in place to address all risks.
∎ Must ensure compliance of tax rules.
∎ Payroll - ensuring taxes are appropriately deducted from employee compensation or company burdens (e.g, pf), returns submitted timely & directly to appropriate authorities, payments are made within deadlines.
∎ Working with Accounts Consultants on company structure & reporting requirements. Working with Corporate appointed auditors on ensuring compliance is achieved.
∎ Transactional based taxes (VAT) - creation of monthly return & online lodgment of monthly submissions ensuring details reconcile to return, payment is made, or refund received, accounting for taxes
∎ External audit - liaison & provision of information. Answering queries
∎ Preparing Reconciliation support of balance sheet accounts. Reviewing transactions & balances in GL accounts & providing documentation in support of balances or transactions where appropriate.
∎ Cash & Treasury functions ensuring cash flow is appropriate, manage IC loans & balances, ensure IC AR invoices are raised timely & accurately (esp. trading partner), manage banking & payments, preparing cash flow, preparing cash projections, managing access to local bank accounts for inquiry, release of payments or approval of payments.
∎ Report key metrics to management at monthly, quarterly & annual intervals as required
∎ Transactions posting to GL including:
∎ payroll processing
∎ employee expense reporting, credit card processing
∎ AP vendor invoices (non-PO)
∎ AP vendor invoices (PO) PR-PO process
∎ Timesheet & project
∎ Invoicing where required
∎ Any AR processing required
∎ Corporate or Intercompany recharges in, recharges out
∎ Bank fee & interest processing
∎ Reconciliations provided for all Balance Sheet accounts
∎ On a monthly basis
∎ ensure access for users & correct modules
∎ ensure data integrity
∎ ensure reporting capabilities
∎ ensure adequate segregation of duties
∎ Occasional national and international travel will be required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 350000 - 450000 (Monthly)
∎ Free 2 to 3 bed room house, Car, Kids education, Medical insurance cover, Free air travel after the end of each three years contract.
