∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Wholesale

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Retail and wholesale trade managers perform some or all of the following duties:
∎ Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales
∎ Manage staff and assign duties
∎ Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
∎ Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
∎ Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies
∎ Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
∎ Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
∎ Stock and cash control
∎ import/export experienced will be given preference

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 39 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 125000 - 150000 (Monthly)
∎ with benefit such as medical aid, car and home allowance

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Festive Bonus before Durga Puja, air ticket at the end of contract
