- Ability to travel on short notice and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and energetic Field Reporters to join our news team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering news from the field, covering breaking news, events, and interviews, and producing high-quality reports for both television and digital platforms.
As a Field Reporter at FVN News, you will be the channel’s voice on the ground — reporting real stories that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover breaking news, press conferences, political events, and special assignments.
- Conduct field reporting, interviews, and live coverage on camera.
- Research, verify, and develop stories with accuracy and fairness.
- Collaborate with producers, camera operators, and editors to prepare complete reports.
- Deliver live updates and on-the-spot coverage for television and digital platforms.
- Write scripts, intros, and voiceovers for reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with sources and ensure timely news gathering.
- Work under pressure and handle fast-changing news situations.
