Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali), FGD, Guiding field staff in achieving their sales and collection target, MICROSOFT OFFICE, MS Word Excel PowerPoint, Proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Field Supervisor, Quality Control/ Inspect, Survey Enumerator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Group of Companies, Market Research Firms, Research Organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ FI/FS recruitment, training & supervision
∎ Prepare project-wise field budget
∎ Work with different stakeholders and clients
∎ Arrange field briefing
∎ Execution monitoring and report collection from the field, project-wise report preparation and share with management
∎ Check the quality of execution, conduct field audits and report to management
∎ High engagement with the field and proactively drives assigned projects.
∎ Frequent contact with DP & Research team
∎ Maintain relationship with FI & FS
∎ Brief to FI, FS and controlling regional headquarter
∎ Prepare project-wise field bill and share to concerned department
∎ Ability to arrange IDI, KII, FGD
∎ Working experience with the Survey CTO, KOBO, or similar digital data collection platform.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in a related field like supervisor, QC field executive.
∎ Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university
∎ Strong communication, research, and typing skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Multitasker and able to work under pressure.
∎ Creativity, Resourcefulness, Flexibility, and Self-Motivation.
∎ Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
∎ Receptiveness to feedback.
∎ Willingness to meet deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
