Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline with strong ICT skills (Social Work /Social Welfare/ Phycology /Sociology/Social Science is preferable)
∎ At least 2nd Division / Class in all public examinations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Programme Coordinator to Improve capacity of selected Schoolteachers, Co-workers and Volunteers to conduct digital sessions.
∎ Writing reports (international standard) on the development of the project, different programme activities, events, case story and success stories as per the requirement of the organization.
∎ Assist Programme Coordinator to Improve capacity of SOS Hermann Gmeiner College Bogura and community schools to operationalize digital education.
∎ Involve with for Improve access of children to digital education and assists each youth in getting involved in the community to maintain social networks which are appropriate to their age and capacity.
∎ Proactively support to programme coordinator to enhance ownership of local and national government authorities on ICT based education in targeted schools.
∎ Support and assist to programme coordinator to implement the programme as per project design and in line with the organization Mission, Vision & Values.
∎ Maintain regular contact with project beneficiaries, support them according to project design, and maintain records.
∎ Keep record of the digital sessions, beneficiaries and also the day to day expense as per plan and budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in NGO and INGO in the filed/operation level will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge on Digital Education and tools (like PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, google meet etc.)
∎ Good communication skills, proactive and ability to work as a team.
∎ Sensitivity to gender issues.
∎ Willingness to work with children following child protection policy of the organisation.
∎ Strong interest in the needs and development of children.
∎ Strong moral character and good physical & mental health.

Salary:
∎ BDT 20,000.00. (Consolidated)
