Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze local market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and other factors influencing the business.
  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers to understand their preferences, needs, and concerns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Track and assess competitors' marketing strategies in the region to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Identify Target Audiences: Determine and segment the local customer base to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
  • Coordinate Campaigns: Execute campaigns such as product launches, promotional events, sampling programs, or digital marketing initiatives in the region.
  • Build Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Establish strong connections with local retailers, vendors, influences, media, and partners to create collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers through direct interaction, ensuring they are informed about promotions, new products, or events.
  • Community Involvement: Become a visible representative of the brand in the local community by participating in or sponsoring local activities and causes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, sales teams, and partners effectively.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing challenges and finding creative solutions for local marketing challenges.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data to make informed decisions.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking to create unique marketing campaigns tailored to local markets.
