  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent knowledge of the local Bangladeshi market
  • Comfortable working in the field and achieving performance-based goals
  • Fluent in Bengali; basic English proficiency required

Position Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead our offline sales and promotional campaigns. This role focuses on direct marketing, door-to-door sales, and field team management. You will be responsible for driving sales, building field teams, and planning on-the-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic field marketing and offline sales plans
  • Lead in-person visits to companies, schools, retail shops, markets, malls, and public areas
  • Recruit, train, and supervise door-to-door and outdoor promotion teams
  • Design offline campaigns for product awareness and customer acquisition
  • Monitor field activity performance and continuously improve strategies
  • Work closely with product, logistics, and digital teams to align business goals
  • Build strong relationships with clients and local communities



Job Other Benifits:
    • Base Salary: BDT 30,000 - 50,000 (Negotiable)
