∎ At least 5 years of experience in team leadership and or field marketing with Local LEA management capacity
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience in similar position is a bonus
∎ Good communication, people skills and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Good command over MS word and Excel
∎ Physically active and willing to travel within your area
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Building a result oriented, energetic field team
∎ Ensure smooth implementation of consumer engagement activities at the field level.
∎ Lead the team and ensure all campaign activities follow guidelines
∎ Serve as the key contact between the field and center team.
∎ Make sure all promotional materials and assets are used properly
∎ Maintain accurate reporting and strong control systems
∎ Building a result oriented, energetic field team
