∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

∎ Good communication, people skills and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Good command over MS word and Excel
∎ Physically active and willing to travel within your area
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
∎ Lead the team and ensure all campaign activities follow guidelines
∎ Serve as the main contact between the field team and Field Coordinator
∎ Make sure all promotional materials and assets are used properly
∎ Maintain accurate reporting and strong control systems
