Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science & Engineering.
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's degree in these fields.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification. Functional experience in Oracle.
∎ Experience in implementing CFS and BPA is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a technology strategy in line with Bangladesh Bank ICT policy to support organizational growth;
∎ Championing the innovative use of technology across the company;
∎ Oversee the development, implementation and management of all systems and infrastructure;
∎ Identify and assess new systems to meet the changing needs of the company;
∎ Assess and manage IT and cyber security risk across the company;
∎ Engage and manage third-party vendors to deliver IT projects for the organization;
∎ Manage Core Financial Solution and Business Process Automation project development from beginning to end;
∎ Liaise with the company's Core Financial Solution's supplier for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies;
∎ Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development;
∎ Promote and oversee strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities, including Bangladesh Bank and vendors;
∎ Develop and improve IT standards and services to support company's regular work and activities;
∎ Responsible for handling network configuration, networking equipment, server applications, database backup, operating system, driver software, application software, email with backup system etc.;
∎ Ensure compliance and regulations of Central Bank and other regulatory bodies;
∎ Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years' experience in relevant department in leadership role in Bank or financial institutions;
∎ Comprehensive understanding of systems architecture;
∎ A strong understanding of user-centered design with a focus on ensuring systems meet the needs of users;
∎ A strong understanding of IT security concepts and the ability to balance security requirements;
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills;
∎ Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills;
∎ Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations;
∎ Considerable knowledge of business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
