Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Facebook Operator for Alleyana at Uttara.
∎ Facebook maintenance for E-commerce site.
∎ Job Location: Sonargaon janapath road, Uttara, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good typing speed both in English and Bengali.
∎ Bengali typing speed 35
∎ English typing speed 35
∎ Must good English language.
∎ MS Word (advance)
∎ Expert in Facebook Page & Group Maintain
∎ Checking Email, FB Message & Notification
∎ Other E-commerce Related Work
∎ Maintain and execute Order, Billing and Delivery
∎ Basic Photoshop Skill
∎ Post product picture in Facebook and website.
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries & complains instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Must able to work by shifting & willingly work in Government holidays.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet dead line.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
