Responsibilities & Context:

EVE GARMENTS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Export–Import & Commercial Manager for garments and textile commercial operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage export-import operations, LC, BTB LC, UP, UD, banking, and documentation.

- Handle export documentation, including BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO, GSP, and FCR.

- Coordinate with banks for document negotiation, discrepancy resolution, and payment follow-up.

- Manage customs bond, In-Bond/Ex-Bond documentation, and compliance.

- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank, EPB, BGMEA, NBR, and customs regulations.

- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, C&F agents, shipping lines, and internal teams.

- Maintain export schedules, booking confirmations, shipment tracking, and port operations.

- Work with ERP commercial modules and statutory compliance reporting.
