Responsibilities & Context:
Design and deliver training programs on pharmaceutical products, sales techniques, and therapeutic knowledge to enhance the capability of the sales team.
Conduct soft skills and behavioral training sessions to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Collaborate with business leaders, sales managers, and the medical affairs team to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and digital learning resources aligned with organizational goals.
Facilitate induction and onboarding programs for new sales recruits to ensure smooth integration.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking, and support field coaching initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ACI’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices in all training activities.
Maintain accurate training databases, reports, and documentation for management review and decision-making.
