Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position holder will be responsible for overall activities of VAT Tax related issues of the company.Deliver full range of VAT, Tax & Customs related services in compliance with laws and regulations with the time frame. Work with input tax credit, Turnover Tax, withholding tax, Retailer level VAT &VDS, AIT, CD and SD. Ensure monthly proper TDS deduction from Suppliers. Providing TDS certificates deducted from suppliers. Preparation of monthly proper TDS, Challans on various heads of Incomes Tax & Deposit to the Govt. exchequer. Maintain all level of communication with the local Tax circle office, Custom office, VAT Commissioner, Division office, Circle office, Custom intelligence office etc. Ensure tasks related with HS code, customs act, BIDA, RJSC etc. Prepare Input-Output coefficient, monthly VAT return and submit with necessary required documents. Ensure products receive & dispatch with proper Mushak Challan. Monitor all exposures to ensure that activates, calculations and payments of VAT & Tax are correct. Prepare working and schedules as required for tax assessment. Prepare & submit Tax/VAT return as required by the Tax/VAT Law. Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.
