Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·Prepare all types of bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
∎ Ensure reconciliation and confirmation of distributor receivable balances.
∎ Submit credit risk analysis reports to the general sales department within the specified month.
∎ Prepare and submit aging reports according to the established reporting framework.
∎ Ensure timely adjustments for various kinds of bills, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Make provisions for different types of bill adjustments within the last day of the current month.
∎ Prepare profit and loss (P/L) statements to reflect the company’s financial performance.
∎ Assist in the preparation of financial reports to support management decision-making.·
∎ Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
