∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA (C.C) / partly qualified. Article ship experience from A Grade CA firm will be considered.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administer and manage all aspects of the Provident Fund, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely contributions, and compliance with regulations.
∎ Oversee the Gratuity Fund operations, including eligibility assessments, benefit calculations, and timely disbursements.
∎ Manage the Workers' Profit Participation Fund, ensuring proper allocation, distribution, and compliance with statutory requirements.
∎ Prepare and present monthly reports on PF, GF, and WPPF contributions, liabilities, and distributions.
∎ Ensure all activities related to PF, GF, and WPPF meet regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
∎ Conduct annual audits of PF, GF, and WPPF financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
∎ Maintain effective communication with members regarding their PF, GF, and WPPF accounts, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
∎ Perform financial analysis to assess the performance and risks associated with PF, GF, and WPPF portfolios.
∎ Assist in the preparation and management of budgets related to PF, GF, and WPPF, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
∎ Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the management and administration of PF, GF, and WPPF for greater efficiency and accuracy.
