Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Certification in digital/social marketing will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to design and create graphic according to the guidelines and instructions;
∎ Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms;
∎ Conduct research on market trends, competitors' digital activity, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions;
∎ Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends and new technologies;
∎ Ensure that appropriate, accurate and visually challenging design of the highest standard is implemented;
∎ Should have knowledge and expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe in Design;
∎ Able to meet tight deadlines and work on multiple tasks at the same time;
∎ Other tasks will be given by the Superior time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Skills in writing article, business and creative writing.
∎ Competitive analysis.
∎ Audio-Visual content skills in development, creation and marketing.
∎ Digital Marketing skills in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
∎ Experience in the Hotel/Resort will be given priority.
