∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting
∎ Require CA (CC) with 2 or more years’ experience /Certificate level qualified
∎ Have advanced knowledge in MS Office and English writing proficiency
∎ Have manageable quality under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify, record and monitor all accounts payable related transactions with smart documentation
∎ Prepare all payment vouchers, ensure VDS & TDS and deposit into government exchequer on time manner
∎ Confirm all general ledger for preparing periodical financial statements
∎ Prepare VAT purchases register, documents for monthly VAT Return and make withholding tax return
∎ Checking all receipt vouchers and ensuring to make all works related database
∎ Prepare bi-monthly fund requisition and management
∎ Prepare and monitor bank reconciliation
∎ Handle Accounting and VAT Software modification
∎ Any other works assigned by Supervisor and report to him
