Accounts and Finance, Suppliers and Vendor Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking Vendor’s Invoice, MRR and goods delivery challan for local purchase and L/c bills.
∎ Checking Proforma invoice as per service booking and bill details .
∎ Vendor reconciliation on periodic basis.
∎ Preparing daily fund position and notification for BRS clearing on daily basis.
∎ Actual and forecast cash flow preparation at month closing
∎ Banking correspondence and Banking automation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of expense categorization as per accounting standards, taxation, VAT system.
∎ Reporting skill, auditing skill.
∎ Good Computer and Database management skills.
