Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain Warehouse and Finished Goods area clean and keeping the records.
- Followup Good Documentation Practices and safety instructions & ensure compliance while working in warehouse.
- Receiving of Raw Materials and Packing Materials and prepare Material Receiving Report (MRR).
- Recording of Temperature and Relative Humidity in Warehouse.
- Arrangements of Raw material and Packing material in stores according to the status i.e. Quarantined, Sampled, Approved and Rejected, etc.
- Dispensing and issue of Raw materials and Packing materials to production Department as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packing Record (BPR).
- Maintain Equipment Logbooks and area logbooks and entries in Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packing Record (BPR) after dispensing.
- Perform the daily Calibration/ Verification of Weighing balances and temperature mapping in Warehouse & record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) in warehouse.
- Follow up with Quality Control Department for timely sampling and release of materials.
- Identify the materials which are to be Re-testing on monthly basis and inform to respective department for sampling of the same.
- Handling of Damaged, Rejected and Expired materials in warehouse.
- Maintain online documentation in Raw Material, Packing Material and Finished Goods store.
- Maintain Warehouse keeping as per Standard Operating Procedure.
