∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Supervision of Receiving, Issuance, storing of materials, and maintain proper records and issue of the store.
∎ • Must have knowledge in Inventory Software and Barcoding System for Warehouse
∎ • Safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ • Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store. Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ • Physical Inventory and comply with ledger and software Stock.
∎ • Maintaining of Register, Store Ledger, Store Requisition, MRCF, Inspection Report, etc. in Manual and Electronic form.
∎ • Receive Material & issue as per Goods requisition, Delivery Challan, Purchase order, Packing list.
∎ • Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ • Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ • Develop and maintain software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ • Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ • Well communication with Planning, Material Management, purchase & HR department.
∎ • To Maintain Store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Method.
∎ • Able to work under pressure & long time, and complete the task within a pre-set time frame.
∎ • Regular update of stocks periodically.
∎ • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly stock report.
∎ • Prepare daily, monthly and yearly statements of store.
∎ • Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ • Any other task assign by the Management.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
