Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
Dispensed Materials receive, check and verification through SAP as per BMR & Material issue order.
Ensure changeover clearance according to define procedure in SOP.
Supervise cleanliness of machine according to define procedure in SOP and maintain records (BMR, different logbooks).
Monitoring personal hygiene of the sectional workers, operators & cleaners and Good housekeeping.
Proper segregation and preservation of intermediate product with proper labelling and monitoring transfer of right product with right quantity in next step.
Deployment of manpower and ensure online documentation in Encapsulation, Coating area.
Perform all SAP, LMS, Track ,EDMS related activities.
Receiving training & conducting training of Encapsulation, Coating and maintain records accordingly.
Ensure that all required equipment/machinery of the section are always cleaned & ready for use in good condition Encapsulation, Coating area.
