1. Proven experience as a graphic designer or Visualizer Arts, or a related field.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proficiency in various design software.
3. Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
5. Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS.
6. Familiarity with UI/UX design and prototyping tools.
7. Understanding of the local market trends and cultural nuances in design.

Graphics Designer and Visualizer in Bangladesh is responsible for creating compelling visual content for both digital and print media. The position is pivotal in ensuring that all visual communications align with the company’s brand identity and effectively engage the target audience.

Job Responsibilities:  

1. Excellent knowledge of 3D visualization and Develop High-quality graphics, illustrations, AV, OVC, and visual content for websites social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
2. Excellent and Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Illustrator, 3D modeling, and other graphic-related software.
3. Conceptualize and design creative visuals that adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
4. Adequate knowledge of generation overall print material design concepts.
5. Able to develop marketing & branding communication materials.
6. Conducting photography/videography as required.
7. Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all media.
8. Work closely with the marketing, content, and service teams to understand the design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
9. Managing vendors if necessary.
10. Handle any extra task assigned by Management.
