∎ MBA/M.Com/BBA in Accounting from any public or reputed private university.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Release of Delivery Orders upon checking with policies programs and collection.
∎ Posting of daily collection.
∎ Date wise Cheque Deposit into the bank account as per instruction and confirmation of clearing.
∎ Reconciliation of daily sales order and sales collection.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
∎ Prepare pending sales order report.
∎ Handover of cheques to various parties.
∎ Reconciliation of weekly collection report with Sales Admin.
∎ Solve discrepancies with sales people.
∎ Prepare credit note against returned goods.
∎ Follow up of collection with credit terms.
∎ Prepare monthly aging reports.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
