∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
∎ Strong understanding & experience of Digital Marketing Channels, including in SEO (Online & Offline), SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Display Advertising, Website Audit & Error Tracking etc.
∎ Excellent understanding of marketing automation and CRM software.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Proficient in marketing automation tools & excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
∎ Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
∎ Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
∎ Analyze and assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
∎
∎ SEO/SEM Management:
∎ Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
∎ Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms, to maximize ROI.
∎
∎ Social Media Marketing:
∎ Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
∎ Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
∎ Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve performance and inform future strategies.
∎ Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
∎ Optimize website content, blog posts and landing pages for search engines and user experience.
∎ Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
∎ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
∎ Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other analytics platforms to monitor website traffic, conversion rates and user behavior.
∎ Present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges and areas for improvement.
∎ Continuously test and optimize digital campaigns, including A/B testing, landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
∎ Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns.
∎ Allocate resources efficiently across various digital channels to achieve marketing objectives.
