Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer & Manage Active Directory Server, File Server, Web Server, Database Server, Mail Server ,Bit Defender and Kaspersky Security Center.
∎ Ensure stable IT Infrastructure and Network Communication for HO and all site offices.
∎ Troubleshoot system & network problems & Diagnose & solve hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV,Access Control and Projectors, etc
∎ Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook & web mail etc.
∎ Troubleshooting all IT relevant issues of user requirements in different OS like Windows7, Windows8, Windows 10, Mac OS and Linux.
∎ Provide support for various gadgets (Iphone,Android Phone,Tab, Mac, Laptop and desktop etc.)
∎ Communicate effectively with supervisor, subordinates, base staff personnel and Factory office personnel
∎ Handle Corporate SIM Management procedure.
∎ Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of network/system administration experience in Linux and windows environments and in IT support.
∎ Strong Leadership and Management skill
∎ Ability to plan own work, setting priorities and completing it under pressure.
∎ CCNA, RHCE MCSE Vendor Certified will get preference.
∎ In-depth knowledge and extensive working experience in Routing/Switching
∎ Familiar with Mikrotik and Cisco Device.
∎ Familiar with Linux and Windows Server, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, LAN, WAN, Security, Active Directory, Cloud, Storage
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
