∎ CA / CMA Partly qualified
∎ Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, ERP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect all kinds of Bank advice and take necessary approval from Management and give entry in software daily basis and Preparation of daily bank reconciliation.
∎ Prepare payment vouchers complying with the SOP.
∎ Ensure periodic balance confirmation for AR and AP.
∎ Daily intercompany balance confirmation.
∎ Keep and maintain files of the company bills and vouchers in a scientific way.
∎ Prepare landed cost movement of each incoming raw material, packing material and store & spares.
∎ Prepare product costing, price approval processing and update the costing in sales system.
∎ Prepare budget and monitor expense as per budget.
∎ Support Tax, Vat and legal affairs.
∎ Support line manager to prepare different kinds of financial reports on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
∎ Provide different types of analytical review as per Management requirement.
∎ Maintain liaison with factory accounts.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders of Finance & Accounts Departments.
∎ Coordinate with end-user for ensuring Change Management & Skill Development activities.
