∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales, Direct Sales and Marketing, Hote and Resort

Job Context:
∎ SKS Foundation has been implementing SKS Inn (4 star Resort) at Gaibandha district.
∎ The mentioned position will be recruited for experienced and passionate Marketing Executive, who has practical experience in Hotel and Resort marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
∎ Answer questions about products or the company.
∎ Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.
∎ Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.
∎ Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone and face to face selling.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database.
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Responsible to achieve individual sales target.
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ Daily sales reporting to supervisor.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's services.
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Assist management in developing and implementing sales strategies and targets.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about sales & marketing.
∎ Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Computer knowledge is the must.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ T/A, Mobile bill as per company policy.
