We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Marketing Executive with proven expertise in marketing, sales, and telemarketing, particularly in steel structure sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve Sales Targets:

• Proactively identify and secure new clients. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

2. Build Client Relationships:

• Conduct regular visits to corporate clients and project sites across Bangladesh. Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

3. Expand Market Reach:

• Identify untapped markets and contribute significantly to sales growth.

4. Manage Data Efficiently:

• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant details.

5. Ensure Customer Satisfaction:

• Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

6. Refine Sales Techniques:

• Use an effective sales script to engage and convert potential customers.

7. Build Strong Networks:

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.

8. Process Orders Professionally:

• Manage and process customer orders accurately.

9. Communicate Effectively:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address questions regarding products and services.

10. Listen and Adapt:

• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to drive repeat business.

11. Handle Inquiries:

• Proactively ask the right questions to gauge customer requirements and secure appointments.

12. Telephone Sales:

• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, promoting and selling products/services over the phone.

13. Exceed Sales Quotas:

• Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales quotas.

14. Show Flexibility:

• Be ready to take on additional responsibilities as delegated by management.
