Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer Management, Direct Sales, Lubricant, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fuel/Petroleum

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Sales and Marketing strategy as per company policy.
∎ Set up, chase and meet sales target.
∎ Responsible for wholesale and corporate sales.
∎ Must be having direct sales capacity.
∎ Capability of creating and appointing dealer.
∎ Sales evaluation and initiate to develop sales volume.
∎ Customer care in order to retain existing customers and for consistent revenue growth.
∎ Routine/Random Customer and client visit.
∎ Generate daily, monthly reports and quarterly reports and routine.
∎ Execute annual business plan using gained experience.
∎ Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to Management.
∎ Manage collection and recovery.
∎ Market research and development plan.
∎ Regular market visit.
∎ Collect order and ensure to execute at accordingly.
∎ Prepare sales report using MS Excel and graph
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have own Sales Capacity.
∎ Must present Area Wise Sales capacity and Segment wise sales capacity.
∎ Must be self-motivated hard working ability.
∎ Must be good communication skill in English, both written & verbal
∎ Good Leadership, Execution Skill, Challenge encountering attitude
∎ Must have good track record of experience in reputed companies.
∎ Experience Working In CINO, BINO, FUCHS etc will have extra advantage.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Salary & Benefits will be offered to the deserving candidate

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
