Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master / MBA in Marketing from reputed University. Or
∎ Graduation is considerable having required experiences in Consumer Foods.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate the realistic sales budget, strategies & planning along with effective short term & long term action plan.
∎ Strong leadership & train the personnel working under supervision.
∎ Set up retail distribution channel.
∎ Should have ability to handle diversified multi category products mix.
∎ Frequent travel throughout the country extensively.
∎ Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
∎ Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing products selling.
∎ Generate new ideas and techniques for Sales & Marketing.
∎ Achieving the goals as per target.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
∎ Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
∎ Monitor & supervise Subordinates.
∎ Monitor and supervise Credit Collection.
∎ Supervise & Maintain Inventory at Dealer point.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be having a driving license and a strong intent to travel extensively throughout the country.
∎ Should be conversant in using computer, MS Office, email etc.
∎ Must be fluent in communication both in verbally and in written.
∎ Honest, dedicated, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Drive share gain in winning customers.
∎ Improve Gross margin through mix improvement with technical selling.
∎ Deliver price increase plan by value delivery to the customers.
∎ Ensure the collection of the debtors with the approved pay term.
∎ Build team's capability through training, coaching & mentoring.
∎ Motivate & inspire the team & get the best out of them.
∎ Supervise the other support teams of Customer services, Sales Administration to maximize business results & customer satisfaction.
∎ Contribution to other priorities of the company
∎ Live with Health & Safety culture.
∎ Stakeholder management.
∎ Collaboration with cross functional team.
∎ Having Experience in Dealer Management.
∎ Drive & deliver Company's Vision & Mission
