Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual membership sales targets through direct selling strategies.
Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns such as Local area activations, Street-level promotions, Mall and community activations etc.
Understand pricing, promotions, and product/service offerings thoroughly.
Use CRM systems to maintain and update lead and member details.
Follow up on enquiries, walk-ins and referral leads proactively.
Address sales-related customer concerns professionally to prevent cancellations and improve retention.
Maintain daily sales planner and established systems to help achieve individual and team revenue goals.
