∎ Manage Reservation
∎ Manage Call Queue and Customer Support
∎ Communication and Coordination
∎ Customer Relationship Management

∎ Administrative and Record-Keeping
∎ What we're looking for:
∎ Graduate in any discipline or a related field
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Providing Excellent Customer Service
∎ Proficiency with Booking and Reservation Systems
∎ Organizational and Time Management Skills
∎ Teamwork and Collaboration
∎ Strong determination to work
∎ 1-2 years of experience (Freshers are Highly encouraged to apply)
∎ Probation Period: 6 months (which can be permanent based on your performance)
∎ Working Hours: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 12:00AM - 06:00AM/6 days a week
∎ Monthly Stipend: 13000/- - 15,000/- BDT
